The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, etc as shown in the attached template (USE THE ATTACHED TEMPLATE TO PREPARE THE POSTERS).
The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day.

Best posters will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of conference. These include CEES Research Excellence Award and BRSI Award.
